Received the game recently, and got two redeemable armors with it - the Terminus armor that comes from ordering through Gamestop and the Collector armor that comes with the Collector's Edition.

I've went to www.masseffect.com and redeemed the Terminus armor first, gave me a file to download, everything looked fine.  There was an option to redeem another code, so I figured may as well do the second one as well.  It did accept the 2nd code for the Collector's Armor, but the following screen listed it as Terminus again, and the second file to download was again named ME2_Terminus.exe just like the first.  I saved it locally with a different filename (so as not to overwrite the first file) just in case.
I've run both executables, and logged into the game, but only Terminus armor is available.  No sign of Collectors armor.  I've logged back into the site just in case I accidentally put in the Terminus code twice, and when I tried to redeem the Collectors armor a second time the website indicated that the code indeed had already been redeemed and thus would not give me another file to download.

So basically, it looks like I was given the executable file for Terminus armor twice, instead of 1 Terminus and 1 Collectors.  I can't enter the code in again, thus have no way to receive the collector's edition armor.  Is there any way to fix this?

Note that I am a new player, so if there's something simple I'm missing please let me know.  I don't think so however, because both files downloaded were identical names and sizes, and the Terminus armor does work in game, just no sign of Collectors.  Confirmed that private mail in game is also empty.

Try registering the game here and then see if it shows up under Profile/Your registered game promotions.

Hi, got a problem for downloading the collector armor aswell. I entered my redeem code but it did not show up. All i got was the cerberus aromor and weapon. It does not even show up un the game content screen when im logged into the bioware website. Please help me.

@Bogsnot1 in defense of OomKoos...I did read the thread and I have the same problem. I ordered the digital download edition from Steam which is supposed to contain the Collector Armor and Rifle and the Incisor sniper rifle. The DLC code opened up Cerberus but not the Collector set. I also do not see the Collector set anywhere on the DLC page. So the question stands, where is my stuff?

OomKoos had not, and still hasn't, registered their game on the forums in order to facilitate the enabling of their DLC with the game.

When you ordered your copy of the DDE, you should have received a code for the Cerberus Network DLC, plus another code for the Collectors armour and assault rifle. If you didnt receive 2 codes, contact either Steam support, or EA support.
