 Hi,

I searched for this but couldnt find a mention of it. Everytime i try to enter the mine on eletania i get a crash to desktop with windows "trying to find a solution". I tried leaving the area and coming back and it still does it. Has this been reported before? is there anyway i could fix it? its the first crash ive experienced in the game so far.

Im running windows 7 64 with latest drivers for everything in my pc - which is a intel Q6600, ati radeon 5850 and creative soundblaster audigy.

Its really annoying me, is whats in the mine important? or would it be easier just to ignore it?

Recurring errors in the same spot often indicate a corrupt installation, especially when the game is otherwise working fine. This can mean some trouble if you have to re-install. The good news is, if the problem does lie with (a) corrupted file(s), nothing is going wrong with your system.



Try verifying your files on Steam: In Steam, right-click on the game and select "Properties." Select the "Local Files" tab and click the button that says "Verify integrity of game cache..."

it said "3 files failed to validate and will be reaquired" so i imagine that will fix it. I didnt know of that feature in steam, great advice! thanks

I've encountered a similar problem in two different locations in the game so far. ME will crash to desktop and Window will try to find a solution. I've verified my files in Steam, and I can't seem to find any other suggestions:(
