I add some other things to Fredvdp's list (but BioWare developers never read forums):

- No, you
have it. Unreal 3 engine, used by ME2, is totally incapable of handling lights and shadows correctly. Multiple shadows with multiple light sources, realistic dynamic shadows and so on. Other game engines (as the one in Fallout 3/New Vegas) can handle these little details.
- Using Fraps or not, this is a known bug, as in the sticky thread on top of the list, and no one has resolved it.
- In international versions it's not synced. I played in Italian (my mother tongue) and in French, and I noticed this glitch. This doesn't happen in English, though.
- Again, international versions of the game. For example, when Shepard speaks with the engineers on the lower level of the Normandy, engineer Donnelly gets suddenly turned back; during Thane's loyalty mission, after Kelham's interrogation, Thane jumps suddenly back a few steps when speaking with Shepard.
- Didn't you? It's notorious. It's when Shepard is approaching a low obstacle and starts climbing in the air.

- It should remember this choice. If you didn't save the Council, it remembers who you put in the new one.
