Just got the game on steam. I was looking around and apparently two weapon fighting is bugged somehow and I wanted to know just how and if it the steam version was effected.

Something about the penalty not being applied properly in the first place, making the feat useless.

I've been looking for an answer to this as well. I've heard some say that it's only on the Xbox while others say it's on both but the PC bug was patched... I really have no idea...
