Some interesting responses. Well, here's my personal list. The order doesn't matter.

1. Tali's loyalty mission. Almost all of it. I felt so very bad for her that I renegade'd the cat out of that Qwib Qwib guy. Yes, I imagined that Shepard was only screaming at him, is that morally abhorrent? The dialogue after you pull her out of the fire without her getting exiled, mixed with her theme music in the background, moved me a lot. This scene made me feel like there was a deep bond between her and Shepard, more so than with any other character.

And contrariwise, her reaction when you don't do what she asks is equally as rewarding. In either case, it really feels like there is a relationship between her and Shepard, either one of love, strong friendship, disappointment, or even hate, depending on what you do and how you interpret it. Greatly done.

2. Certain discussions with Legion. I don't know why, but his species makes me a little sad. They're such peaceful, curious creatures that simply want to understand, but have always been misunderstood in turn.

3. The confrontation with Wrex. I never really liked the guy much *dodges thrown chair*, but it must have been so hard for him to destroy the cure for his entire species. The music and general atmosphere during the confrontation was very tense, and the sentimental but uplifting melody that plays after you change his mind always made me a little teary.

4. The fight against Sovereign and everything that it includes. The epic ship battles, Saren's final scenes, Shepard coming out from under the rubble.

5. The beginning of ME2. I felt my throat tighten when Shepard floated around aimlessly in space. Where' are caravan markets IN SPACE when you need them?

6. Mordin's loyalty mission. I could understand his inner turmoil and his attempt to justify what he did, because the thought of realizing and living with the consequences of his actions would be too harmful for his psyche. The discussion with him in front of the dead woman was well-written and acted as well. "Pointless. Pointless waste of life."

7. Meeting the Virmire survivor again. Seeing Ashley turn her back on Shepard and saying goodbye. On my first playthrough, I couldn't bear it. I thought I said something wrong, so I reloaded a few times. Damn it.

8. Samara's loyalty mission. No, I don't mean her story. Strangely, I found this mission to be one of the best, not because of its drama, but because it was so much fun to play. But no, it wasn't that. I'm talking about Shepard's dancing. It made me cry. In a good way.

Knocking the Eclipse Merc out the window and hearing Shepard say in a manly voice:
"How 'bout goodbye."

ME1 the "out of the wreakage" scene. After playing though ME1 over 14 times, this still moves me

ME2 the Launching of the SR2, when I get to launch my own spaceship, that music WILL be playing!
