We have threads about deep moments, happy and sad moments, epic moments, but I'm sure something made you cringe?, perhaps forces you to turn down the volume so you don't have to listen to the dialogue.

I've lost count how many times I've played ME1, but there is always one scene that makes me want to sink down and disapear into my chair, at the end of the battle with Benezia and the discussion/pleading between her and Liara, "little wing"; just typing it makes me cringe, and then Liara's extremely unbelievable sincerity for her mother to survive, oh and not forgeting Benezia: "They said there would be light...ah!", Marina sirtis was good in star trek, but was totally wrong as the voice of Benezia.

I cannot think of much for ME2 as it's a little flat when it comes to dialogue, but if I had to pick one outstanding cringing moment, it's Aria's "I am Omega!"

I'm sure I have others that have not come to mind yet, I'm sure some of you will remind me with yours?

You mean like small stuff what made my face wrinkle. There was few stuff. I start from begin.
Too bad this is no spoiler area, so need to be as unclear as possible..

1. Council meeting where Saren was too, the dialog choises was not good at all.
2. End battle, I mean when fighting agaist him.
3. Shepard surving from drop to planet, not the resurection part it self.
4. Meeting with Asley/Kaidan in Horizon, conflict with scene as frozen
5. Going unknow missions with all squad members just for story reasons..

Yeah, it did not matter which dialogue option you chose, the reponse was going to be smartarse, at the very least the player should have been allowed a renegade response like punch her batarian guard then say "Now where were we"

I never got the Jacob hate/Romance until recently when I tried it. VERY Cringe worthy

Doing Samara's loyalty mission. Pretty much all of the dialogue once you get to the V.I.P. section.

Not only were some of the things Shepard said so cheesy, but the voice acting for male Shepard is noticeably worse here than at other parts of the game. Still has my favorite line in either game though:

"What are you looking at, human?"
"A couple of losers who think they're something, but are about to find out they're not."

His death-cry is like a goofy sounding gurgle and the delivery of the whole line makes me cringe.

That's actually my favorite line. It's "fire at my position", which is the stupidest thing to say to ticked off mercs...

Cringeworthy? "Investigate" hovering over a shot of Miranda's butt, which happens to cover half the screen.

Ah yes, I forgot about that. Not so much cringworthy, but I crack up every time.

Oh yeah, and Miranda's backside taking up 1/3 of the screen during that certain conversation. Gratuitous.

Seriously, I founded both of them interesting characters at the beginning of the story... then came the priiiiize and the cheerlearish attitude of Miranda. Such a potential wasted...
