Just a thought when fighting Harbinger with Garrus on the squad. The Asari have their Matriarchs, commandos, and Justicars manipulating history behind the scenes. Salarians have the STG which is arguably the best intel organization in Citadel space. Humanity has Cerberus, wrong side of the law or not. What about the Turian Hierarchy? Was Harby right? Are they a primitive warrior race? Are they near-sighted and don't rely on clandestine ops or recon for intel? Are Turian nationals in the Spectres, such as Nihlus and Saren, their only source of reliable, unbiased intel? If yes they're weaker than I thought. Did I miss something?
