hello, need help.

i want to register my WAR account but when i do this, it says that password/account name combination is invalid OR that it is already registered. but it isnt, because i dont have WAR in My Games folder.
and when i try to post topic in WAR forums it says i dont meet the requirements to post (

anyone able to help me solve this??
