Hi ,

I have started a new character as a dwarf noble and I have noticed I now no longer have the bonus items , the armour , belt rings etc, do I get them back any where ?

That's a bug of the PC version, currently to get them back you have to save your game, deactivate the DLC, force-reload the game, save again, reactivate the DLC, reload once more to get your items back.
