Do you think that the world react to Hawke's class?

Yeah, I suspect a mage Hawke is just going to get more attention. Apostates are sort of. . . frowned upon by society, and it's probably not something you can get away from some of the time.
But it'd be cool if NPCs reacted to you based on your class. But what would they say to a warrior, or a rogue?
"Hey, you! Yeah, with the big arms! I have some bandits that need killin', get over here!"
Or do you just appear naturally shadier if you're a rogue, thus attracting extra quests from the ne'er-do-wells of Kirkwall?
I guess I think it's just easier to stick out as a mage. Rest assured, though, that if mages do get more interaction because of their class, you can bet most of it will probably be negative.
Yeah that makes sense, and I guess Warriors would get bodyguard quests or something?
Also I really hope people really react to my Mage Hawke, it always puts a smile on my face thinking of some of the people running away or calling the guard on me because I'm a mage.

I suspect that the easiest class difference to see pre-release without extra information is mage, but since non-mages get welded to Bethany it seems like some mage-hating is happening no matter what.
Huh, that hadn't occured to me, but you're right. Also, if you're a mage (and you actually don't look like a witch), I suppose not everyone is going to be able to tell the difference, anyway. Who's to say you're not away on the Circle's business?
Though I do hope to get hassled for being a mage, I hope it fervently. Then I'll feel justified in chip on my shoulder I'll no doubt have whenever dealing with the templars.
Not that I want a war . . .

I would like however, to have in convo an option to threaten ppl in a visible way. Like say a rogue lifting a dagger to their throat or a warrior gripping his pommel and unsheathing the blade or my fav (thats why im themageguy) a mage holding in their hand a ball of flame.

I wouldn't be suprised if some Lords of the Free Marches's cities try to assassinate each other.
And I liked the missions of the Crows in DA:O, so I hope they return as well.

I can't think about anything for Rogue's though.
I, personally, would find it hilarious if people were constantly saying things like "Oh, so you're a ROGUE, huh? Let's see you sneak up on that guy over there!" and assuming, say, if one of their belongings goes missing or some such, YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN IT.
Varric: "Where's my . . . HAWKE, DID YOU TAKE MY SANDWICH?!"
Hawke: "What?! No!"
Varric: "Don't lie! I know it was you!"
Hawke: "What the heck is your problem? I haven't been anywhere near your sandwich. I didn't even know you HAD a sandwich until you started yelling about it."
Varric: "You can't fool me with your cunning persuasion and stealth! I have the eyes of a hawk! Heh, see what I did there?"
Hawke: "Yes, yes, very funny. And I only took rogue because I wanted to dual-wield, I don't have any ranks in stealth."
Varric: "HOW DO I KNOW THAT? YOU COULD BE HIDING THEM."
Hawke: "Maybe it was Isabela. SHE has ranks in stealth."
Isabela: "I have ONE RANK."
Varric: "Damn rogues."
Hawke: "Varric, YOU are a rogue."
Varric: "Exactly! I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT."
Hawke: "So maybe YOU stole the sandwich."
Varric: "Hah, I did!"
Hawke: "Maker."

EDIT: howewer, I hope that there'll be some different interaction in DA2 based on the class your Hawke is, considered that the mage will surely have different interaction, at least with the templar.....

But I like the way you think.
If the people of Kirkwall know Hawke a bit better after time skips and all, there might be a chance that they would accuse a Rogue Hawke (I hope so anyway).

Apologies if it was already mentioned, but I do recall something John Epler wrote once (possibly as a status update) about the three classes getting their own unique animations in a select few circumstances. A mage intimidating someone would so differently than a warrior or rogue, or some such. I also remember something about each class having a quest specific to them. Other than that, I am not raising my hopes for any mentions of my character being a blood mage, ect. David Gaider made it clear at Pax it would not go past Origins levels.

But was it said if Rogue's have a different intimidation animation from a Warrior?

I left with that impression. No idea if that is actually the case, though.
On a side note, does anyone know if a Dutch gaming magazine has previewed DA 2?
I check the magizine's at my book store, I also check the website of a magizine I follow.
But nothing yet.
