Just got finished with my 2nd female shep renegade, and my hatred for Tali was only deepend. I was actually glad when she was the only one that died on the suicide mission. She complained way too much, but didn't really have any character "upside."

On the other hand, I really enjoyed the conversations with Mordin and Legion. They were interesting. Tali was just annoying... especially her wanting to fall on her sword for the loyalty mission.

I see a lot of Tali fan posts, but I can't be the only one that felt this way.

I didn't much care for her. Don't really go for the cutesy/ shy type of chicks. I'd much prefer a b*tchy female companion (hello, Jack and Morrigan LOL).

Yes. Yes you are. You are the only one who feels this way. Or rather, you are the only one who is thick enough to post this on a forum where the majority of players, though not fans, like Tali for who she is.

For other people who disslike characters - Don't post hate threads.

I don't get why people are so touchy. Some people like certain characters and others dislike the same ones, it's the way of things.

Hey it's a Tali Hate thread. I'm not going to bash you, but do you think this a good idea? I understand why you don't like her (even though I REALLY like her) but posting a hate thread makes you look lame.

Yes, I'm not the biggest Tali fan ever but I don't hate her either. I certainly wouldn't start proudly announcing it. At least give a legitimate reason outside of 'complains a lot'. But even then, I don't much approve.



As an Ashley fan I know what its like to have threads keep popping up insulting one of your favorite characters. No one should have to endure that.

Heh, people are so uptight. The Wynne hate thread is one of my all-time favorite threads on the DA board. But whatever... when in Rome.

OP why did you make this? Hate threads do no good but cause flame wars and hate towards you. I don't like Tali but there is no reason to make a thread like this.

No, you are not alone. Tali was OK in ME1, but in ME2 she was freaking annoyoing. The only "sword" she was willng to throw herself on was that of Shepard.

"Cut me in half, Shepard! Oh, let me be your space princess! Don't matter you didn't give me that Geth data in ME1 and I wasn't talking to you back then, I'm still soooooo on fire!!!"

wow this thread is troll bait, and it caught one too. seriously though hate threads are the dumbest aprt of these boards. so you dont' like Tali, bet there are a ton of people who happen to hate your favorite character, butoyu don't see them making threads about it.

Nope. While I don't love all of them, there are things I like about each one.

Because no other squadmate is so much hated as Tali. Except maybe Jacob for his "priiize" line. Which gives me a thought: Tali is just "the priiize" romance option for ManShep. "Heavy risk" is certainly there anyway...
