Requesting Assistance regarding my little module's problem.

First of all, I am new to modding and playing with toolset in general.

After
looking at weriKK's blog on creating items in game, I decided to give
it a try. I did this cause the command createitem does not seem to
work. (I did not make my own item, just want the generic items already
in game)

I followed his instruction (with changes to the script)
and made my module. First few times I ran the game (new game to make
sure nothing broke), the attribute would increase by 2 at new character
screen. Or people in my party and I not attacking anyone. I did fix
these however, error on my part with not following the direction
correctly.

Now my prob is that with this module active, the dog
in human noble origin story wont join my party after the kitchen
segment. Furthermore, when the attack takes place, my mother don't show
up either. AKA the game broke on me and I am not sure. Now when I run
this script, I do get the items that I listed on the module script. I
am not sure what I did but I could use your help/advice.

Note, I
followed the instruction up till the script part so I did make a new
module, set up the hierarchy and all that. And only thing that I made
new was that script.

Any help would be appreciated and if you need any further information just ask.

Update:
I
seem to be having this prob even when I turn my module off and start a
new game. I somehow broke the game even when I did not change anything
in single player. HELP!!!

Also, I noticed that the items that
you get (heavy armor for example) would have iron as its material. I
figured that the materials are based on your level when you spawn them.
Is there a way for your script to put higher tier material items in
your inventory even at lvl 2 for example?
