So i somehow got involved with Morrigan...im honestly not even sure how. I was under the impression that i could get with Leliana though...and I'm curious if i can still do it. I realize i can 'end it' with Morrigan - and Lelianas happiness towards me is near +100 (while Morrigans is only 70-ish...wtf?). Anyways, yeah...just curious if in a single playthrough you can switch romances...?

If by quest you mean find one of her mothers fav. flowers and give it to her? yes. If there is a more complicated one...no.

The same thing happened to me. You can still switch, as long as you don't give Leliana the "let's be friends talk". Once you make that decision at any point for either woman, I'm pretty sure there is no going back.
**Some spoilers about Romance options below**
It is possible however to run concurrent romances and get the love scenes from both on the same character, then choosing which one you want to pursue for your final love interest. I was given a forced, "it's me or her" conversation at some point and I told Morrigan I just wanted to be friends. having both of them interested shouldn't automatically end the romance with the other.
to clarify, have you had the love making scene with Leliana yet? or are you not able to? if you are at 100 influence and haven't had the love-scene and you haven't had the sidequest and don't have new conversation options available with Leliana,some people think you may be able to say something early on that she really didn't like which makes her unromancable for your character no matter what you do.
**More spoilers below about the sidequest thought to be necessary for Leliana's romance and no it's not dealing with Andraste's flowers gift***
From the right conversation options when you initiate talking with Leliana, nothing tricky, just be kind and interested in what she has to say about her past etc. you should get the side quest. You confront someone from Leliana's past in a house in the Denerim market district.

Huh...yeah, definatley havnt gotten that. Though I'm not sure what else to do since i believe all of my conversational abilities with her are gone. Granted, i dont think ive hit her 100 yet, but i'll just save, unload all my gifts, and see what happens...
