If you hope to get an answer, and this suggestion thread, to look for recent message threads with answers, using Bing, Google, or Yahoo, isn't helpful enough, you must read and follow the "Read First" advice in the pinned thread on top.
(No useful data in your question means no one can attempt to give useful data back to you.)

Anyone care to tell me what it is about the entire DLC process that causes the majority of members asking about those problems to come in wearing three layers of blindfolds?
Probably the same affliction that hit me when I first showed up: desperation. And people in general don't like to read. Sad fact, but it's too true. They want answers. This is the "now" era (not generation anymore; everyone expects instant gratification; the media is a major influence, I think; I could go on forever).
Someone encounters a serious/major problem (a "game-killer" that keeps them from enjoying their favorite game) and they rush in here and perceive a safe haven of folks willing to help...and the fingers start flying. "Screw the torpedoes, screw the rules, I'm postin'!!"
I'll keep trying, for a little while, anyway, at least until my fingers start to fall off. It sucks being the new guy, and I still feel a little lingering sympathy for those in need.Whatever causes that mental blindness, I have decided that I'll stop even scanning the occasional one of those any more. Just way too boring the eleventeenth time around!
Hopefully, you wanted a serious answer and it wasn't just rhetorical. If it was, then forget I said anything.

You newest ones have no other choice. You will have to do some reading; the stickies are there to help you. The Archives are filled with the older instances of your questions, and the answers are waiting for you there. Just ignore the on-site Finder function - - it's broken, has always been broken.
I personally specialize in graphics / video, not in DLC anomalies.

I don't buy the DLC or Expansions because of the amateur quality distribution system.Gorath Alpha wrote...
Given the time of year, more readers should already have reappeared, who have enough patience to answer the same questions all over again, but that doesn't seem to have happened. We have a few new arrivals, who as usual just wear blindfolds and ignore the stickies, and no one around answers that boring stuff again in here now.

I am seeing a decrease of participation all across the forums here I keep watch on, which isn't the usual situation in mid-November. But it reinforces the importance of relying on the resources that are available, rather than writing a new message.

People, people, people! Take off the ridiculous blindfolds! Quit asking the same, boring, antiquated, many-times-answered things! It just wastes time and forum space! Search first, including taking a good look at the stickies on top. Only you new arrivals are here now, the old-timers, for the most part, have never returned after leaving last April when the weather began getting nicer.Gorath Alpha wrote...
Since the last time I added a comment to this reminder, message traffic has picked up, but only from new arrivals. The longtime readers aren't back yet, and this is a weekend, so let's rely on the Stickies and the Archives.
There's hardly anyone to answer, really.
You're on your own.
(It's never been anything but gamer to gamer here, nothing official in the forums)

The only questions that I am seeing posted lately have almost all already been answered, and mostly well covered by the newer of the Stickied posts at the top. Readership hasn't improved significantly, so those pinned threads and the forum archives are how to get answers, still.
There is almost no one coming here now. Take that into consideration.

The stickies on top already cover 95% of all possible problems. The forum archives cover the rest. The game is two and a half years old. Every possible occurrence has been recorded somewhere by now. Asking the same old things will get you nowhere, since almost no one is here any more.Gorath Alpha wrote...
