Yeah it's Chabal.  I don't know what his hair is normally like since I'm not a big rugby fan, but in most of his pictures his hair is long and he's got a pretty savage beard.

For serious though, I've always seen Arlovski in Duncan.

I'm not much of a rugby fan either, but it's nigh-impossible to miss in this country. I was mentioning it because his hair normally hangs loose:



It's kind of unusual to see it slicked back. And yes, it makes him look a whole lot like Duncan.
