Pretty much what the title says.

I'd be curious why you have multiple accounts, and why you're posting in the physical Bioware Store forum instead of...say, the social site help forum?...
...but anyways, contact EA Support (pref. live chat). Be sure to list the necessary information for each account and which account you want all the goodies to be transferred to. Afterwards, check under "Profile>Your registered game promotions" under each account to make sure that one list is empty and the other list has all the DLC listed. Then, be sure to log into the game using the account that has all the DLC...
