Before I even design one NPC; has anyone seen any good sciencefantasy modules?
The idea I have, would be not disimalar to some random world in stargate, where they often worship the alien gods and their "magics". Told from the perspective, of a native.
The world in question would have multiple "devine" interests. The "day gods" require offerings of food to be delivered to their temples. The "night gods" use the planet as a penial colony, exiling the most violent creatures from a thousand worlds to it.
So from a play standpoint, it would be little different than any other. Yet the underlying hints, could be very fun. It should also simplify matters, making people not feel out of plane if they don't know the names of the hundreds of god options in regular character creation. (there would be a couple options... but pathion families or philosophies).
Module concept: Outlanders (tentitive name)

That mod looks sweet. I am downloading it now.
It is far from what I envision, but looks much nicer than what I envision

I think I will go ahead and start building something from my idea. It may not be much, but looking at all these weird species, as having not come from one little world; makes a bit of sense to me.

It's always a good thing to take on your creativity and explore. I look forward to hearing of your efforts.

There are also a lot of custom content packs on the vault and in the works that are scify themed. Those may be of use to you. You should also look at Pain's version of the BCK placeables that includes the Eberon placeables...very scifyish stuff.
If you search around on the vault you'll find all sorts of stuff to help with this module concept. I like it, BTW.
