Guys I need help, I'm new to neverwinter, and I wanted to start a multiplayer with my friend, I make the server and the game no problem it seems, but when she tries to join the game, it tells her she can't cos it's behind a firewall, Please can someone tell me how I resolve the problem, thanks

Thanks for all your help guys, it's been very useful, I havent tried out the sugestions yet, but I have entered the ports just need me friend online to try it, once again thanks for your assistance,
