From What I heard many has alredy had this problem and I tried following:

1. Run Mass Effect in Windows XP Mode
2. when Bdts asks for CD I shut ut down and wait for a new one to pop out

and neither works. On the second step I simple get "the instalation for Bdts has failed'

so what to do?

and Bioware for the future please make your games with a lot less techinal issus. I ran into a lot of when I played KOTOR , Jade Empire, DOA and ME (old PC) and it's getting annyoing

I do so get tired of repeating myself. There is a thread called "Read First" which details how you go along and report your error. You have decided to ignore it, and expect people to help you when you have given them abolutely nothing to work with, except from "old pc", which basically means nothing.

Once you have done what is required, then you might get an answer to help you out. And dont respond by saying your system meets the specs. Post them.

Well thanks for the help and yes my bad that I didn't read the Read First.

But you also woudn't have to repat yourself so much if Bioware games just had a lot less issus

OK I dont know what keept me so much but first my system

PC:
i5 760 4 Core 2,8 GHZ
Gigabyte Radeon HD6870 Driver version 10,10
4 GIG ram
Windows 7 Ultimate 64
Asus Xonar DX Driver Version 7.12
Direct X 9
Bough the game in local game store GAME and I have 1,02

When I finish the instalation then Windows says "This program might not have been correctly installed" so just for safety I run it I again. But when I have clicked in the CD key I get a message saying "The installation for Mass effect Bring down the sky has cancelled. I even tried to run in it Windows XP mode (at least I think I did) and no luck

I get that Windows message after installing Bioware DLC, or patches for other games, and on some other program installs. I always click on the “Program installed correctly”, and haven’t had any issues.

Does ME1 still run? Have you checked to see if BDtS shows up in the game menu? From the Options, where you can check the Achievements, there is also Downloadable Content.

The installer doesn't change itself during installation; so when you take it to a computer with a fresh installation, it cannot know how many times you installed it.
P.S. From what you said it's unclear if you used ME or BtDS key during your last installation?

Do this:

Click Start -> Go to RUN

Type in "regedit"

In the registry, go to this file path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Electronic Arts/Electronic Arts/Bring Down the Sky

If Bring Down the Sky is not in there, create it.

Select Bring Down the Sky/ergc

If ergc is not in there, create it

In the ergc right click the string

If there is no string in there, create one (IT SHOULD BE LABELED AS DEFAULT)

For the Value Data - put in your CD Key for BDtS

Now start up the installer. Once it asked for the CD key Start the Task Manager and go to Processes. End the Bring down the sky_code.exe

It should work now.

Edit: Removed quote.

Admitting to downloading cracked versions of the game from torrents is not the best way to maintain any form of profile onthe forums. It tends to lead to sorts of nasty things, like mods revoking your ability to post.
