[Kill In Faith]

I seem to remember seeing this video several years ago; either before Mass Effect came out or shortly afterwards. It was through a youtube link found on Gamefaqs. I have searched every single youtube video that comes up when searching for "Mass Effect" and I have looked for hours through Google. I cannot find it.

I also think that it was on a non-English-language website. It was a video that resembled a trailer, but was described as being "unofficial" as if it was a leaked backroom exclusive showing.

I can somewhat describe the actual video itself. It has portions of a countdown that starts at 50,000 years and decreases to an ominous zero. It is made up of clips from pre-release material. It has scenes from the same conversation between Shepard and an asari in a casino, probably Flux's place, that is shown in the youtube video below...

 

She starts by saying that 50,000 years ago all life was ended by a race of sentient machines. Shepard asks why this is important and she says that the machines are about to come back. That is all I can recall. I would deeply appreciate any help finding this video, especially a source that would allow downloading it directly or using youtube downloader.
