Is it worth registering my PC Mass Effect game on the old Bioware forums, which happen to be the only place that I know of, to give me the Bring Down the Sky DLC? Or should I just wait til that finally hits the Social Network as well? I know Bioware is trying to or at least wants to move everything over here at some point. I ask because ever since the switch and the merge with EA's Master account mumbo jumbo I've had nothing but complication after complication. I just recently got my EA account fixed therefore everything on Social is fine, but everything on the old forum account(s) is still partially messed up. And as much as I want my DLC I don't want to risk trying to get it on the old site when everything there for me is still wonky.

I guess it just depends how much you want to play the DLC? - especially since the BSN is extremely slow on adopting/developing/patching/improving anything; personally, I'd be surprised if the ME DLC's ever make it to the BSN...very surprised. Plus, assuming you get the game registered fine, BDtS is impeccably clean and easy - you just get a 'key' and a download link; so you download the file, install it, input the key and its done - you don't have to maintain connection or deal with any of the bull that a lot of people have had to deal with concerning the recent DLC ffor the recent games.

BDtS isn't something I'd lose sleep over especially since I believe it doesn't have any impact with my major decisions in the import for ME2. I could be wrong on that though as I never really fully looked that up. I have both ME games from the 360 so I also know BDtS wasn't anything memorable either. It'd just be nice to have that's all and with no complications. If all it is, is just simply obtaining the DLC key, jotting it down and keeping it somewhere safe then that takes some worry off my shoulders vs the you need a EA account, your bioware social account, Cerberus network and heaven forbid something is wrong with your email which is part of logging in. Actually just hope none of those give you a problem.

I'm not slightly bitter... nooo...

Thanks for the info Dsurian.
