 So when I first purchased Mass Effect 2, I did not have the ability to get onto Xbox Live. Due to this, I was not able to redeem my Cerberus Network code. I have now gotten Xbox Live and would like to connect to the Cerberus Network but in the intervening months, the card with the code has been misplaced, most likely thrown away. Is this a case of "sucks to be you" or is there a way that I can prove I did not purchase the game used and get a new code? Has anyone experienced a similar happening? Was BioWare sympathetic. I just want to get the character associated with the network so I can get that achievement to once again have 100% of the achievements.

If I could buy the Zaeed mission by itself, I would, but I have no interest in the Crash Site mission or the Blood Dragon Armor.

It does seem to be a case of "sucks to be you". If you still have a copy of the receipt detailing the version of the game you purchased, you may be able to scan that into an email and send it to an EA rep if you're lucky. If not, then the only option would be to repurchase it.

I purchased the game myself not knowing about the Cerberus Network. I bought it used and someone used the code in there already
