In Redcliffe Castle I saved Conner and his mother but the codex says she sacrificed herself...

After the Landsmeet I had Anora as queen and my Noble as king-consort with Loghain killed by Alistair but the codex said the Alistair became king alone....

When I finished the game in the final end it showed only Anora as queen alone and with my character just going some where....

I did not read the codex until I finished the game and I am a tad upset... I tried goin back and redoing the Landsmeet but it wont change unless I let Loghain live and I am no even going to try and back track all the way to Redcliffe...

Can this be fixed at all ? please respond asap.

There are lots of known issues with the codex. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about them.
