Oh my god. This game... was incredible. I have finally finished it, and I am surely not going to now put it aside and forget about it. Dragon Age... was an epic tale. Even with my amount of time playing it, it's still epic. About 26 hours, but I didn't do EVERYTHING. My next play is everything. All side quests, all that stuff. And the main decisions I will make will alter the epic ending.
I saw both types of endings on my character. Both Morrigan leaving with my child having the essence of an old god, and my character sacrificing himself for the greater good. The child leaving was surely the more happy of the endings, sort of a bittersweet ending. Not "everything happened and ended happily". The ending with my character dying was also kind of bittersweet.
For you, Bioware, I give you props for giving me a game that I was addicted to for a few days. I know I have barely touched the tip of the iceberg of this game, and my next play I can enjoy it to the full extent.
I am glad I got this game.
Absolutely Brilliant

Yeah, it's a gem! It's about time BioWare proved they hadn't lost the touch ;D And they certainly proved it with this title.

I have to admit, even with its shortcomings, it truly is a worthy successor of BG1/2, maybe it's my natural unsweettalkyness, but I can hardly think of a higher praise for a CRPG.
