Alright so I punched in the codes to get my Cerberus Network card for
xbox 360 that I got for chirstmas with the game and it tells me the
code is already in use or invalid. I 'm upset about this and I'm wondering
if there isn't anyone who could help me with this issue. I haven't even
used the card and yet I get this, I need help or understanding why my
cerberus network card isn't working. Please I need your help if you can
previde, if you don't know how to help me get my card to work can you
at less help me contact someone who does?

Can't help, but I have the exact same problem: just put my game in, and the code won't work. So you aren't alone in this.



I know that I have a new game, and not a second hand one, so it is not because of that. I reckon it might be due to the code generators you can find online, so someone has already used the codes.



Saying that, I have no idea what to do about it though. I am currently searching previous forum posts to see if they help.

well I'm trying to contact EA support at the moment, problem is they only do live on the computer which is an issue. Sigh can't they just do support by phone like Xbox, much easier and convenient

Ah, I was just about to say that I am trying to get hold of them through EA live chat: one of the previous forum posts suggested it.



You would think they would have a phone line for support too, considering it is such a big company...

No kidding, I even hear they could over throw CoD with games like BC2 and MoH its insane, I've always supported EA and their games. Ever since they came up with games like Tycoon and Sims I knew they would be around for a long. long. long time. But still EA must get that support up on the phone.

Well, the online support worked pretty well, though there was quite a long wait! I got through and got it sorted out. I hope it worked okay for you too.

I'm afraid of getting the same trouble... i just bought Mass Effect 2 from Sweden for 12 U$ ( was the christimas sale ) they say the game is new... let's see this.



Anyway... good luck with that problem guys! I just hope i don't happen to me too D:

I put in my code here on this site and not through my 360. By reading the OP not sure if the poster tried to do it in the 360 or on this site. You might try it here as well.



Also I hope whoever got you the game did NOT get it from EBGames store because they open the new games and put the DVD/CD behind the counter and there are many reports of their employees copying the codes inside games and using them before they get sold.
