Shepards reset to level 1 after 3/4 through game

Hello for some reason my shepards face and minerals reset back to default and 0. Is there anything i can do about this i am over halfway through the game. EDit: Hmm apparently everything related to my character reset

Hmm a dead Forum but to clear it up On one of my Profiles my characters status got reset to level one from 30 and his face changed back to the game Default is there anything i can do about this i have put alot of time in the profile.
