Find DXdiag. In Windows 7, open the start menu by clicking on the Windows logo on the bottom left, type dxdiag in the search, press enter.KylieU wrote...
I'm not sure how to check my PCs system power or whatnot, but I have Windows 7 on a new toshiba Satellite C655 that runs just about any other game seamlessly. Help?
The top three Google results for "toshiba Satellite C655" were laptops with Intel graphics. Those are not supported.

I got the same problem, but I use windows xp (and I have all the recommended requirements)
Until everyone agrees that you do then we don't know.
What are your specs?

Not to be rude or anything but you should back that up, simply because many people think they meet the recommended system requirements because their integrated Intel has 2GB of shared memory.SergeantMax wrote...

You don't seem very interested in getting an answer. Video is the single most important part of a game playing PC.Gorath Alpha wrote...
Complete a proper problem report, then we'll see.

This i assume is some sort of notebook processor i'm not overly familiar with what it is but i have a hunch.
Being AMD i'll also guess it has some sort of Radeon intergrated graphics like a 4200 which likely means you won't be gaming on it anytime soon.

I've played other games on it with no problems, though. Mass Effect is the only one that I can'r get to work.
That isn't a useful statement. All games are different and have different graphical requirements so it does not matter what works.

When you're in Dxdiag, go to the display tab to see what graphics card you have.KylieU wrote...
