I've read lots of stuff about this but so far have not found my answer or other peoples problems were slightly different so I have come here.

I bought me2 when it first came out and got the cerberus network card. My xbox has never been connected to xbox live but about two weeks ago my brother and I found we could have all along. my brother also has an xbox but his is at my mums house where we can connect it to xbox live and mine is at my dads where we can't.

We usually just take our harddrives to continue playing our save games on each others xbox so i thought i could just download the free dlc to my harddrive and it would work on my xbox. But no. After i found out that dlc is coded to the serial number of the xbox that it is downloaded on, I just redownloaded it using my xbox but it wouldn't work and just gave me the same corrupt dlc message. Then i deleted the dlc off my hardrive and dowloaded them again, but it still wont work. I have found no new possible solutions to my problem as this is all anyone is saying to do, is there anything else that i can try? Thanks

ps. the dlc only works online, but not offline, and all the other major dlc packs that i used points for work fine either online or offline (but i did them on my console)
