Why can't you go anywhere? Because you're in the final chapter and unable to travel around? Because yeah, you're pretty much boned there, but you'll get to get to experience the content on your next playthrough.

Basically, if the content is enabled, there should be an area on the west side of the map (called Sulcher's Pass or something) which starts the content. If you're so far in the game you can't travel around, you'll just have to start again.

I seem to have encountered an issue. I've got the stone prisoner downloaded and enabled, yet I can't see the area on the map, nor the NPC that's supposed to give the quest. Travelling back and forth does nothing. Also for the record, I have the lucky stone installed and working.

i have stone prisoner downloaded, i have recently completed lotherain, and . . . nothing. no new areas. the only new NPC was the guy at the camp that offered Warden's Keep (which i dont have). how the heck do i get shale? is there something special you have to do to get the new area?

go to selcuars pass or whatever its called.

no the area is opened instantly when you have access to the map.



Post your system (360,PC) ..try to disable and reinstall addon.



I didn't have any problems btw ..everything worked fine.

Yeah, get that fixed fast, the character screams "DEATH TO ALL PIGEONS!!" when charging into battle. so aweome!

As far as talents, Shale has a combination of both warrior and golem.

Shale has all of the normal warrior tree talents to choose from with a seperate "golem style" defender/scrapper/ranged and support set of trees.

other that the fire shards and others like it, what else can he use ? i have come across nothing to put in the open box on the right side.

Major_Tom -

You want crystals, not shards. Like "Large flawed fire crystals" , for example. As you may have noticed, there are "Large" and "Small" crystals. IIRC, the large ones are "armor", and the small are "weapons".

i have entered the redeem code to be able to download The Stone Prisoner in the download content but still i have nothing to be downloaded yet when i access my account on my PC i can see that i have the The Stone Prisoner unlocked on my PS3.

I have redeemed my Shale code and did the DL, but I cant get him. I have that bar or staff thing i got from some guy and the magic words that are supposed to awaken him, but when i try it says that it doesnt work. either the bar or staff or whatever is no good or the magic words arent correct. I want Shale. Help me please!!!

Same here, i cant see stone prisoner in my DLC menu. i can access Sulcher's Pass and talk to Felix, but when i try to purchase the controller they redirrect me to PSN store to buy it again although i have redeemed my code. talking to customer service doesnt work.. they told me to delete all dragon age data from my PS3. i did that and re-install the game. but, stone prisoner is still not there in the DLC menu. Worse, i now lost my game save. well, i would just try my luck in here. how do you solve this problem?

i have the exact same problem. the only new npc is for warden's keep not stone prisoner. the pass isnt on the map at all. i have been finding alot of different crystals which is new. how do we fix this and unlock this DLC.

also i downloaded the blood armor at the same time and it is working fine.
