For the past week now I have been unable to buy DLC for ME2 or even Bioware points (I had to buy them from the EA Store). When trying to buy DLC I click the PC option and it gives me the following message: "Internal Error.
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it." I hope someone has a similar problem so my situation isn't an anomoly.

It's just an error with the servers it'll probably be fixed later.

ME and ME2 have been on sale with EA, Steam, and a bunch of other retailers leading up to the holiday season. Its possible the servers are just congested with the amount of traffic from people trying to buy the various DLC.
First thing I would try, is setting my alarm for a ridiculous time in the morning when you think there would be less site traffic, and try then.
