Playing the game online, multiplayer. We all got the Steam version of the game.

Every now and then we will be loading into a new zone, and the game will halt on the loading screen saying that we are waiting on 2 out of 4 players to load the game, or some such. This happened once or twice when there were just two of us, but now there are 3 and it's happening constantly. We're lucky to get 20 minutes before it happens.

Not certain what is up there, unless your game session is open to the internet and someone else is trying to log into the game, assuming, of course, that you didn't require a password to log in.

 We do require a password, so I don't think that's it.

We set the max number of players to 2(or 3 if we have a third) and that seems to have stopped it from happening.

The game host told me that sometimes he could load into the game while it's frozen, and it would say that I had just joined the game...even though I'd been there a while. If he booted me then the next time he tried to load it would throw the "waiting on" message again.
