I'm trying to pre-order the game from EA Store using my Amex. Every time I get a message saying that the card is not supported, but the site clearly shows the Amex banner. There is nothing wrong with the card since I paid a game at Steam not 5 minutes ago. Can someone shed a light on this?
PS: the reason that I'm posting here is that I'm from Brazil, so EA support here is pretty much non-existent.
PS2: Why can't we get the Signature edition at Steam? I have all my Bioware games there and it works!

Are you aware that you can only download the game from EA Store for a period of one year from the date of purchase, without either paying more money for an extended download service plan at the checkout, or buying a whole new copy after your one year expires?
I don't know what retailers are available to you in Brazil but I would recommend buying anywhere else than EA Store if you possibly can.
Oh and for some reason EA have decided not to make DA2 Signature Edition (or any version at all) available on Steam. I would not count on being able to wait them out on this. Is D2D or Impulse an option for you?

Nope, only Steam works here. I just found out the problem: EA Brasil is no longer accepting Amex, even if the banner is still there(and they don't take paypal wither, just to show the maout of disrespect this company have with gamers here) . If the game is not released on Steam I'm in danger of not getting any version. WTF Bioware! Any particular reason to flip a massive finger to Steam users and gamers out of USA/EU?

Just pay someone in America to order it for you and have them send you the pin/login/whatever.
