Hello!
I bought most of the mass effect 2 dlc all the important ones anyway, when i tried to log on to the website to redownload them on to a new computer. they prompted me to make a new account even with the same email i had used earlier this year(school year).
IF you need any more information just shout be more than willing to throw it your way.

Have a look at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php after logging in with your original account. If that doesn't work, contact BioWare or EA support and ask them to fix the old account or transfer the DLCs to the new account.

I've just done the same thing
Just spent an hour on the phone with EA support with no resolution yet.
