I've played Origins on both PC and console for example, and the differences are largely the same for DA2. In terms of what I'm actually doing from PC to console, it's mainly the same things. I use AoE spells, glyphs, heal, attack spells (I play a mage) all on the different versions. It just feels more action-oriented on the console because, due to the controller, I tend to feel more "in the moment" if that makes sense. And I'll admit, it's a little harder to pause, but they've improved that. Now all you have to do is tap the left trigger to pause as opposed to holding it down, thank god.

Depends on what you think constitutes tactical. You have tactics A.I. on consoles, you can give your allies commands, and you can pause the game on consoles. I would say yes. I think the console game feels more action-oriented than anything.
