Well she has a nose (you can see it through the face mask), and her eyes seem to be right place (at times), she also says she has lips, so she can't look all that different. Still Grunt mentions quarians are tough to kill (is it just getting through the suit or do they have natural armor?).

I'd be surprised if Quarians have humanoid faces - their feet and hands seem a little too alien. I'm happy to be proven wrong though..if we do get to see them without masks in ME3

quarians, iirc, evolved from something primate-like on Rannoch, so they're probably pretty humanoid.

God, I hope she looks ok if they ever decide to show her face... I mean...my Shepard got a little too close to her on ME2. And cmon...its impossible not to like her. Lets hope she doesnt look like ass.

That's what was under the mask in-game. I don't think that is what the devs actually want Tali to look like. I just posted that video because it's interesting that they modeled a humanoid face to put under the semi-opaque mask, which implies quarians to be human-like.

i think she'll look more human than alien but she will obviously have some alien features for instance i think she may have a 2 toned skin colour, and i think her eyes will be noticebly bigger than humans and also there'll be a slight glow to them. And from what we can know, quarians have got slightly longer necks than humans, and from the glimpses of there noses you get now and then they are definitely human shaped.
