I'd be surprised if Quarians have humanoid faces - their feet and hands seem a little too alien. I'm happy to be proven wrong though..if we do get to see them without masks in ME3

That's what was under the mask in-game. I don't think that is what the devs actually want Tali to look like. I just posted that video because it's interesting that they modeled a humanoid face to put under the semi-opaque mask, which implies quarians to be human-like.
