Only thing I can add here would be to look up the VFX with the *_c suffix I believe, or more accurately any VFX that include three embedded animations. Impa(ct) dura(tion) and cess(ation) The Duration animation would be the one most likely used and looped for this effect.
I *believe* the animation used for the crushing prison is mh_c.rct_drnlf in case you were looking for the combo.

I found the animation without too much trouble, but thanks for mentioning it, because if I hadn't, it would be making me crazy, too. 
I figured it would have to be a crust effect so it could be attached, but I still can't find it. The crushing prison animation is recognizable enough that I can probably get away without having the vfx, but it would be nice if I did. Still, I don't know how many more hours I want to spend looking.
