Hello folks, I´ve got a problem with the bioware store(s).
I bought 1200 BW Points at the ME2 store but until now i never recieved any points.
It was on the 28th december, so 8 day ago. Now, i dont believe in any delays in payment, since EA already got their money and my other transaction via the second bioware store was fine.
I already contacted the EA Support, since it´s their store we buy at, but until now i didn't recieve any reaction of them.

btw, Why the hell there are 2 different shops and where is the difference between
https://masseffect2....kbox/checkout   (in mass effect 2 design)
and
https://points.biowa...ockbox/checkout ?   (in dragon age design)

The first one is offering 1200 Points, the latter has no 1200 points to buy.
The ME2 shop shows me my 1200points transaction, the second one not.
However, both of them show my succsessful purchase of 800Points for LotSB DLC.

Edit: Problem solved via chat with a nice guy of the ea-support.
My order didn't processed but it's still confusing why bioware have two different shops for their points and which one i should use for purchasing.

The links don't work for us - only you. As to why there are two stores, your guess is as good as mine - there was a DA:O one for DA:O DLC, and with ME2 - instead of doing the smart thing and modifying the one store for both games - I guess they decided to make a second store. It's all the same points, so...yeah...

As for your troubles, hopefully an EA rep will contact you through their support - this forum is mostly for general info, and your issues go beyond that.

The links work for those who are already logged in the checkout process.
Try it out:
One way to buy the points is from your bioware profile on the left side of this website:
My Profile -> Add Bioware Points. this takes you to the DA shop.

But: if you follow the menu of the tab at the top of this website:
Games -> Mass Effect 2 -> DLCs
you will be redirected to the mass effect 2 shop.
Thats what i find confusing and unnecessary.
Fortunately, my problem was solved via chat with a guy from the EA support, so everything is fine now
