 Hi,

I would really, really like to import the monk-speed upgrade into other classes as a matching level progression (allowing two different classes to keep up with each other when one is a monk!). But for the life of me I can't find how they've coded in the monk's speed - it doesn't seem to be based on a (hidden) feat.

Anyone know where it is in the toolset please?

Thanks,

A.

It's hardcoded. To simulate the effect, you'd have to create a feat which applies an effect on levelup. If memory serves, the Stormlord electricity immunity is handled via scripts(and they can be accessed in the toolset).

I suggest reading this thread: http://social.biowar...3/index/3121008

Making a custom class seems very difficult at the start, but it's not quite as tricky as you might think.

You might be able to edit the Fast Movement feat to be able to be taken by all classes and then give it to yourself via the console. That will give a 10% movement increase.

hi,
I just wanted you Toolset Junkies to know I made this suggestion in General. It's not perfect in the long run*, but maybe y'all can bounce ideas off it (here). Otoh, it might work fine.

something mr. Altissimus may want to bear in mind, is that movement rates can generally be further modified w/ appearance.2da & creaturespeed.2da - indepth Race and class manipulation is beyond me.

over & out ..

*what if the non-Monk wears medium or heavy armor? What if the monk takes Sacred Fist Fast Movement? et cet.
