I think if i move anywhere permenantly it'll be to the States since i work out there a lot already so i'm used to the place. I'm also attracted to the cheaper cost of housing and cars in the states compared to the UK which is really expensive especially in the area i live.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live?

Iceland. Everybody leaves them be. Except when it comes to fishing territories. And vulcanoes.
I can imagine myself living like a hermit there.

San Francisco! Love the climate, area is beautiful but the cost of living is outrageous. It will always be a dream.

I'm not sure. I've often thought it would be nice to move somewhere other than England: since I'm a habitual pessimist, too often I can just see the bad points about this country, and for the last 20+ years they seem to be getting worse. But I do have a terrible habit of "grass is greener" syndrome, so if I did move to the likes of Canada or New Zealand or Germany or Sweden I have little doubt that I'd quickly start remembering all the positives unique to where I am now and would miss them pretty quickly.
But one of the real advantages of being nearly anywhere other than England is the property prices: we've paid a not-so-small fortune for our postage-stamp sized plot with a three-bed semi on it, an amount which would have bought us something enormous practically anywhere else (I was particularly jealous of a friend in a nice part of Tennessee who has a comparatively palatial house that cost her around half the amount we paid).

New Orleans. My favorite city I've ever been to (and I've been both pre- and post-Katrina and I still love it). Great food, great music, great people.
I do love where I live now, though, so I wouldn't really move.

Ideally i'd stay in england but build a house or refurbish one of the old farmhouses up on bleaklow in the peak district, i've walked the moors since I was a toddler and they are the only thing I miss when I am down south or abroad.
My families farmed the land up here since the domesday book or maybe longer so I think it's in my blood to love this land with its moody skies, ancient hills and weathered stone circles, it's home.

I think America. I'd like to assault another country with my personality and it would probably help if we spoke vaguely the same language.

Denver Colorado. It is my home and I miss it terribly. I grew up there, and was educated there. I have lived in Louisville Kentucky for the past 2 1/2 years and I hate it. I swear I will move back to Colorado once I can pay off my debts and find a good job and mortgage deal.

The other side of the world is my answer. Interestingly enough, if there were techniques to excavate a hole through the core, I'd end up in New Zealand ^^
New Zealand was always my dream, I wish I could go there.

Captain Cook, Hawaii, Hawaii. We went there on vacation once and it is lovely. If we ever come into all kinds of money, that's where we're moving.

I like living in southern California, despite the insane cost of living here, but I really need to get out of LA County. Long Beach is starting to grate me a bit. I'd really like to get back to Orange County. Maybe move to Seal or Huntington Beach (about 5-10 miles south of where I am now). That would be nice.
