When we say, 'they're all bi!', what we really mean is, make the sexuality of all/some of the LI's subjective.  Meaning: while some characters may be very open about their sexual preferences (Isabela, Leliana, Zevran) others may play it closer to the chest, showing no interest in the PC unless the PC shows interest in them.

This way, players like you can get your straight romance, and players like us can get our gay/bi romance without being limited to one person whom we may or may not like (example: I personally liked Zevran for a bi romance, but several other's complained because his character didn't mesh with their gay Grey Warden.  Unfortunately for them, he was the only available choice.  This meant many gay players went through the game with no LI, and missed out on what some people consider one one of the best features of the game.)

Grats on having the single most epicly selfish and narrow-minded reason for quitting Bioware I've ever seen. And I hang out on the BSN, so that's an accomplishment indeed.

If it's the former, then it was just a pre-supposition that I had going into the movie. I had no idea that it was supposed to be a twist. I thought it was explicitly part of the premise. The big twist for me was that the monsters were fake. I still loved the moive. :wub:Bryce Dallas Howard:wub:

If it's the latter, uh... I just thought it was really obvious. It was a move too calculated for him to have come up with it on the fly. If he his army had done what they were supposed to do, then the battle would have been won. Not as easily as it might have been, but there's no doubt that "the army being overwhelmed" had nothing to do with his betrayal.

To think some people thought I was exaggerating about the girls who refused to romance Sky once they figured out he was bi.

I mean regarding The Village. And yeah I agree that the movie was pretty amazing. Shame M Night Shyamalan hasn't really done anything of interest since.

Seb is hetero, but he won't romance such a prejudiced Hawke, because he was raised with a depth belief in respect, communion and love.

If you really do want Anders i doubt you're even going to notice he's bisexual at all when you play femHawke because he'll only ever mention his female conquests. The only way Vengeance will admit to wanting to experiment with guys is if your male PC is prepared to go to arduous lengths to drag it out of him.

I'm not prejudiced! I have gay friends! Ahhhhh, classic. Love it. Let me put it this way -- a cat bites you, and you hold it against all cats. Apparently a bisexual wronged you, and you are now so traumatized you can never date a bisexual again. I also love the "I won't even buy this game if there are no exclusively straight romance options in it" which I read as "YOU CAN'T SHARE ALL OF THEM WITH ME" to us over here in this thread.

Look, I don't think we're particularly mean people in this thread. But to be fair, you did come into the only place on the forum which is reserved for "OMG, PLEASE LET THERE BE LOTS OF M/M ACTION" and say "I can't possibly endorse this because of my traumatic past." Sorry, that sucks. Unfortunately, we hope the game has plenty of m/m action anyway because, you know, we're the M/M thread. Peace.

Matter of fact, I'm mightly pissed off that we get neither Aveline nor Varric, the characters who actually had the most appeal from all presented.

Yeah right.  Guess I'm prejudice because I'm caucasion and married a caucasion guy and I'm not attracted to men who are not caucasion.  Attraction is very individualized.  You can't force your opinions on others.  I didn't say that you were wrong because you wanted gay or bi relationships but you can bash the hell out of someone who says something other than what you believe.  Good job.
