I think it might mean the f/f relationship with Isabella has more content or more impact on the plot compared to the one with Leliana in DA:O while the m/m one will obviously have less content if you exorcise Vengeance and maybe slightly more but also much more disturbing content than the one with Zevran in DA:O if you don't.

Alternatively it might mean there are more optional bisexual encounters like Dairren and Ilona, though again I fear the vast majority of these will be f/f.
