Whatever it is, before david confirmed it, they didn't seem like a couple at all, they never said it, they seemed like they had a typical business relationship, and they weren't openly gay, it's not like when you talk to one of them they say "hi i'm harren/wade, and this is my boyfriend wade/harren", and we are also not sure if they really are gay and not bi.

Uh... you could tell. Well, clearly you couldn't, but a lot of people could. There was subtext. The way the interacted with each other was certainly not a "typical business relationship."

Really? give me any sign that made you think they are a couple, even if they actually seemed like a couple, it still isn't realistic to have only one gay couple in the whole game, which is my point.

How? Dragon Age: Origins last 1 ~ 2 years. In all the years I am alive I only saw one gay couple, a lesbian one, in fact, and one of the people involved was bi. I don't think that unrealistic at all.

So, everyone being bi is not realistic, but when it comes to only seeing one//two gay couples in your life it's realistic, sorry, but i fail to see that, i'm sure you've seen a lot of famous gay/lesbian couples like ellen and portia, that being said, don't take it too personal, it's alright, i was just arguing with this person who said "not everyone should be bi because it's unrealistic".

Ellen and who? And why should I take it personal? And I fail in see how knowing only X gay couples being realistic should make everyone bisexual realistic too.

For the love of god if I hear the "realistic" arguement I'll kick something. Very little about your party working together, following Hawke's commands, acquiescing to his/her decisions is realistic. The fact that a pirate queen who owes a powerful man money, a city guard, am elven blood mage, an abomination, a living weapon, a notorious spy master. Join you and go travelling with you is already pretty unrealistic. The fact that a mage can shoot fire from his/her hands and not get burned is pretty unrealistic, plenty of things in the game is unrealistic. But all of that gets a free pass.

Necessary for gameplay. This is something that doesn't make sense by the setting's internal logic, but is required for it to make sense as a game.

I'd like to add being a Circle mage and never being given the choice to heal when you find wounded people. Why is it I can't heal the injured scout in either the Brecilian Forest or the Kokari Wilds? And why couldn't I save that guy who told us about Ostagar (so we could return)? I'm a bloody mage who can revive Alistair after he's bbq'd by a dragon, after all!!

Is there more evidence on that front since yesterday? There was nothing conclusive then.

A gaming mag pointing to Fenris seems much more credible than the Anders speculation.

Miss a day of reading the forums and you miss alot - Instead of going back and reading and reading and reading (and laughing alot) could someone please tell me how this confirmation was gathered? Was there a leak? or GASP did someone from BW actually think it was time to be fair and throw us a morsel of good news?

A German magazine says that Fenris is an M/M romance. Also, bisexual romances have been AUFGESTOCKT.
