If the f/f LI get some hot like Isabellea I think the m/m LI should get someone hot like Sebastian.

Sebastian's only in DLC and the Signature Edition though...

A romancable DLC companion is never out of the question. Not likely, but if the telemetry data shows the great majority of people participate in romances, having romancable DLC characters might be just another incentive.

I would not, however, want to buy the bisexual LI. So, not Sebastian.

He could be a romance from only one side of the rivalry/friendship spectrum.

But I would also be glad if Bioware actually created an obviously and conventionally attractive character and not make it a love interest.

And buying a bisexual love interest can be a yet another catalyst for drama.

Russalka loves drama. ;)

I'd be fine with Seb being a bisexual LI, provided there was another male bi LI in the actual game.

Kasumi. Young, attractive, non-romancable DLC characters have been done before. I wouldn't personally add them to my "BioWare made a good-looking non-LI" list.

I'm hoping for an attractive human male LI. If not that, than Fenris.

Varric is such a distant last place for me that if this was the option, I'd play only straight Hawkes, or female ones. Yuck!

But how many male characters have been like that? Who are seemingly designed to be attractive first and foremost, and not be a love interest?

Anders? maybe?

Does that situation count? Since Awakening had no romance options at all.

I feel the same. I'd like a human m/m LI (the mage "Anders" or Sebastian) best but Fenris would be OK too. A human non-companion LI would be really cool as well.-------->someone like Teagan<3

Varric no...just no.

Fenris would be an awesome m/m option, but would they repeat that, since Zevran was the m/m option last time? :(

If not, I think the Anders dude would be pretty sweet :)

I know some people would get hung up on the elf thing if it turns out to be Fenris (All you Humans are racist!), but from what I'm reading it seems that Fenris is a very different sort of person than Zevran was, and that's what concerns me in terms of wanting variety.

I believe the mage should be the m/m romance.

Because mages can set their staffs to 'vibrate'

But do you think the chances are high for the last revealed character to be bisexual?

A fellow who relies on a wooden staff to do the vibrating for him is no romance for me. The shimmy comes from within.

[shrug] No idea!  I was asking you
He's certainly attractive to quite a few people and it's probably safe to say that was intentional when he was designed.

ooo does Joker count? They had to know that getting Seth Green to VA would induce instant geek love and he certainly wasn't designed to look bad.

I hope it's either Fenris or Sebastian. Both seem like tough, serious characters. I want that for the m/m option. I just really hope it's not Varric...

I hope it's the mystery mage.

Just to spite the Fenris lovers.

I just went to the older thread and read through your replies to some of the people and just wanted to thank you for being an awesome dude lol

I posted on that thread... I think, and I remember a few getting out of hand with taking some things way too personaly.

So here's toward waiting for DragonAge2 with sexy Mr. Hawke (great icon choice :D ) and looking forward to everything the entire DragonAge2 team has worked hard to make, main content and optional.

*a toast*

P.S.  I love how they removed everyone else's posts, made it an awesome spot to go through some of yours and other Devs. thoughts on the subject and was entertaining and enlightening all around.

I'd like there to be another mage companion; a human male who is shy and unsure of his sexuality, let Hawke be the pushy one instead of the LI, would be a nice change from Zevran.

Leoroc, so you want Hawke to go "Oh yeah you.... get in my tent" *wink.. wink* to a companion instead of vice versa? I'd like that too especially with that husky voice of his. Tho not in such a satirical way as I described, although that could be fun. Any character would do, whatever the writer's feel fit best. class makes no difference to me. It's DragonAge, there are after all only 3 class choices (not a bad things, cuts down on confusion and allows for development WITHIN said class) so, however they do it someone will always not like what class they've chosen for them.

Taken from Dragon age wiki:

Sworn to the priesthood as a boy, Sebastian is forced to re-enter the viper's nest of princely politics when his family is brutally murdered, leaving him as the sole surviving heir
