Uhm, my German demo most certainly does not have a kiss sequence with Anders, where did you get that from from ?
I don't get why everyone says flirting doesn't mean that you can romance the character, then what would be the point of implementing the flirting ? Makes no sense, especially when you're flirting with a LI. I can't remember that you could flirt with anyone in the first game except the LIs & Isabella.
Either way it's pointless to write about anything written in reviews or magazines, since the people here will always say "But maybe the reviewer got it wrong / But flirting doesn't mean anything, the devs probably implemented flirting that leads to nothing to agonize and confuse the players / But the heart icon does not necessarily mean you can romance a character, even if it appears in a conversation with a LI / But, but, but ...."

There were some files in German demo that were mention Anders and Isabella have a s/s kiss. In reality it were something like, a direction to the file as I understand, not even a file. The mention about it is in this tread. I do not understand how people manage to open demo files (toolset for DAO is unable to open them) but I tend to believe them. It prove nothing as well as magazine.

I just want to stay skeptical because ones you got your hopes it will be painful when thous hopes will be crushed by reality.

Yes, but the fundemental difference between Fenris and Aveline is the fact that Aveline isn't a LI. Fenris on the other hand is.

Yeah, the situation as I understand it to date is:

In the German demo someone found kiss files for both Isabela and Anders, and both had f/m kiss files and s/s kiss files. This is not conclusive, since I believe it's only been found in the German demo, the build is an old one, similar s/s files are present in ME for Kaidan/Ash and those were never fully implemented, etc. But that won't crush the hope.

Then, in a German magazine (totally loving Germany right now, btw), there is a screenshot of Fenris talking to mHawke, saying something that I guess can be interpreted as suggestive/a come on, and Hawke has a icon reply. The caption says Hawke can initiate a romance here with Fenris (although we accept it may have just been a flirt line, as they do exist for non-LI people too, but don't lead anywhere), but the caption also says Fenris is a bi LI, AND says that in DA2 the bisexual romances have been AUFGESTOCKT (increased). Our helpful German native speakers have assured us that in the context of the caption, if the reviewer had meant the bi romances were more important this time, more fleshed out, deeper, then they wouldn't have used that word, and really the only thing it can mean is that there are more.

Reviewers have been known to be wrong, of course. Couple it with the PC Gamer review (which was flawed in itself anyway) which suggested you can romance Anders whoever you are, then we are proud to stand firm in our resolve that THEY'RE ALL BI (even if they're not. They are. So there.).

Well I was optimistic until I read that suggestion. I had a sinking feeling Fenris wouldn't be a LI and now I have a sinking feeling he won't be the bi LI. Bah, I don't like the suspension thing. Why couldn't that magazine just flat out say: hey, Fenris is a m/m option.

I don't believe it at all, Luka. I'll always have hope about Fenris, no matter what pessimist people say, so there! Beside the German's demo is an old build, and changes have been made for other Bioware games in the past too. To me, until we get a confirmation about the bi romance, these files are as if they never existed.

For women. That doesn't mean a dude flirting with him is going to start a romance. It's not a big deal to me, either way, honestly. I'll either romance Wolverine Fenris or Ghost Rider Anders or first one and then the other. My only concern is that it's handled well, and as of right now, I don't have reason to assume it won't be.

This. If they meant the bi romances were more fleshed out wouldn't they have said romances in general? I don't know about you guys, but the bi romances and straight romances in DA:O were pretty much the same content wise. 

Except for the fact that you only had one bi option for each gender I never felt that the content itself was lacking.

I find this line very confusing. Assuming they're comparing against Origins when they say the options are expanded, the only reason I see for putting that here is if they mean that in Origins you couldn't try to pick up a straight character at all, you couldn't even get rejected, there was no option. But then they should have put, the options for same-sex pick up lines are expanded or something. Why speak of love when a straight Fenris would reject you, in that conversation they presented.

Unless it is in fact true that all four are bi...but then that contradicts Ser Gaider's post about his being sure the m/m LI would be called ugly or inappropriate, implying there is only one. sigh.
