Leliana says, in a banter with Shale, that the Chantry doesn't really forbidden relationship:
# Shale: I notice the sister has spending a great deal of time witth it.
# Leliana: With "it?" Oh... you mean him. I'm surprised you would notice such things.
# Shale: I am made of rock. This does not make me dense.
# Leliana: (Giggles) I suppose not.
# Shale: Does the sister not see a problem with serving two masters?
# Leliana: Hmmm, ignoring the "serving" bit. I'll assume you mean the Maker. I´ll entered a chantry as a lay sister, but i never took vows. Even had I, the chantry doesn´t prohibit two people from comimg together in love.
This leads me to believe that, if Bioware really want Sebastian to be a S/S option, his status as a priest won't stop him.
Then again, I don't want Sebastian as a S/S option. He's handsome, has a good voice and will probably subvert a lot of cliches, but he's still a DLC and different from Shale he doesn't even came in the normal game. Or course, if he's a aditional romance and we can still experiment the M/M romance without him then okay.
