*shakes head* reading Fenris background as well as his background story, I see no hint behind it. If anything, he looks like he rather enjoys the cat and mouse chase when he's in it. Seems to have fun taking out those mercenaries, specially the one he nearly killed before.

You do get to find out what happened to Tamlen. In fact, it's possible to be what happened to Tamlen. It's very sad.

Edit: I shouldn't be so harsh on poor Anders. He's had it rough. Even if he did corrupt Justice. <_< So I really wouldn't have any problems with him being the bi option. I wouldn't prefer and and would probably cry that it wasn't Fenris and list all my imagined slights with Anders (as I have been doing) but there still wouldn't be anything wrong with him. 

And sorry to anyone I may have offended with my stupid ranting. 

Yeah, I agree. I hope they don't use sexual abuse as a way to sympathize with Fenris. I mean, it's not a laughing matter by all means, but surely there are other ways to explain why hates being touched. There's already that amnesia angle and the scary/debunked theory about a wife >_< Wish they'd stop torturing him already I was actually feeling so bad for him to the point that I wanted him to be the bi option. I just think he'd oughtta be in Garrett's arms rather than Marian's.

And lol, I'd like to get a good reason too as to why Anders doesn't even flirt with your male Warden if he's the bi option this time. I'd like to believe that he liked Nate better.....which he totally did XD.

I know I'll get a reality check on the 8th, but until then, I'm just gonna chill with the Fenris and Anders are both bi crowd

I was all, "Hey, I must find Tamlen! No, really, I want to find Tamlen!" to Duncan and missing him and stuff.
My Dalish guy was all over Tamlen, even telling him to be careful and stuff.

After you gather your third ally, if you go directly back to the camp, you'll be attacked by a bunch of shrieks. If you're a Dalish elf, turns out one of them is actually Tamlen and he's turned into a ghoul so you have to kill him. :/

It wasn't scary just weird. Poor guy. LOL XD

He should be in both their arms. At the same tim.  

I wanted Nate so much.  I would've been so happy had he come back for DA2. I have to console myself with the fact that it could've been worse. It could've been Velanna.

When the Shrieks attack the camp. He's at the edge of the camp after the battle. He's tainted and turning into a ghoul. Talk to him and he'll tell you how sorry he is for getting you both into the situation you're in and then he'll ask you to put him out of his misery. Like I said, sad.

For all the WHERE'S TAMLEN? people who played Dalish Wardens and thought they never ran into him again... he's part of the Shriek party that attacks your camp and everyone goes HOLY SCHEISS CAMP ISN'T SAFE ANYMORE. You have to go over and talk to him. Maybe you just ran off without noticing him :X He's become a shriek (all tainted elves become shrieks, qunari become ogres, humans become hurlocks) and he's very tormented and begs you to kill him. Very tragic. And, possibly more tragic, the only person who will respond to having witnessed this event is Alistair, who wasn't even my LI. Zevran didn't have a word to say about my dramatic confrontation.

EDIT: Wow, I was ninja-ed hardcore.

Actually, people who are tainted with darkspawn blood become ghouls. Shrieks, hurlocks, etc come from broodmothers of different species. :x

Really? I thought he's coming back? People were saying Nate makes a cameo in DA2 and as soon I saw Simon Chadwick on the list of VAs, I automatically took it as being true. I hope it is *fingers crossed*

I'd agree with you, but Tamlen was very clearly labeled as "Tormented Shriek" when you click on him.
