(which doesn't always work for Zev, who still went into romance mode even though I avoided the flags.  Oh well, Dalish Gloves made him happy again. At least I don't have Leliana harping at me. *though now Zev doesn't seem to want to give me his companion quest. xD*)

Zev doesn't have one, unless you mean the encounter with Talisen during the Landsmeet.

Grr, ninjamances. I avoided every flag with Lel, but the only way to stop her from falling for my characters was to flat out avoid her quests. She'd talk to me about Zev and I were so close, and the next second she's asking if I'm leading her along. I say no, let's be friends, and two convos later I'm breaking up with her. It's super annoying, especially considering I had a real life stalker.
I hope the designated flirt choices will eliminate this kind of thing, but like I said, I avoided all the specific triggers with Lel and she still always bugged to romance. It was easily the most annoying bug of the game for me.

I had the same problem with Leliana and Morrigan. I ended up just downloading the equal love mod--at least that fixed it with Morrigan. I was her "sister" instead XD

Wait, so I wasn't the only one that had to break up with Lelianna twice? Good to know it wasn't just me. At least Zev stayed broken-up with. Though that I had to break up with him to begin with was a little weird, seeing as the closest I ever got to "flirting" was just not telling him to not compliment me (what? Just because I have no interest in someone doesn't mean a compliment can't feel good).

I don't really see how anyone's had this problem? I've replayed over 5 times, all guys, with max friendship and did all the quests and never had a romance I didn't innitiate myself. In fact...I tend to fail to get Leliana's companion quest without a guide. The equal love mod, even, still had Morrigan see me as a guy, but we stuck to friends. Really, the only romance ninja'd on me was Zevran.........and maybe I did innitiate that accidentally cause only one of the four choices gave approval where the other three removed approval. 

I've really never had Leliana enter a romance with my male character at all. xD

I've also never had an issue with getting ninja-manced... but I also do romance Zevran, so if he were to do so, I uh... wouldn't have noticed.

You're lucky Blue_Shayde. The only way I could avoid Lel was by not doing her personal quest. I wonder if it makes a difference depending on the platform or if mods make a difference at all. I played Origins primarily on the PS3, which means fewer patches and no mods.

Huh... I never had any problems with Leliana... well, at least not ones that weren't self-inflicted. I ninja-manced her once by accidentally flirting with her when I was simply trying to pay a compliment. >> Otherwise, I had no problems.

I've played both on XBox and PC and never romanced her in any form. but maybe its just I could tell what shouldn't be said. Complimenting her looks almost always leads to romance, though. Doing her quest, never seemed to initiate the romance. meh...maybe I'm just horribly not meant for Leliana. xD Zevran, Alistair, and Morrigan? OK! Leliana? Nope. xD

I admire Leliana and I'd totally molest her IRL, but for some reason, she just doesn't seem attractive in the game to me...

I have never been able to sit through her stories. I might genuinely try this next playthrough. Maybe.

Fenris is kinda growing on me now, even though I was totally like we already had an elf! so I'm just confused now... either way! I just want to be able to play as a gay Hawke hero! :3

I'm only saying if it is a photoshop, its an amazing job. I've photoshopped many a picture in my short lifetime, and could only dream of doing that well. In short, I highly doubt it is and believe they are legit. (but is it possible to hack the file so you replace your male model with female? I've seen that done in other games. there's a question)

First, there were reviews suggesting everyone can be romanced by hawk. then files found in the german demo of the game pointing to Anders kiss files labeled Anders_kiss_male and Anders_kiss_female. then a picture in a german magazine of Fenris and Hawke talking and the conversational wheel offered flirting lines as well as a line to reject whatever advance Fenris had made. The magazine also announced that s/s romances had been (using a german word) increased. And also that Anders did in fact flirt back with a male Hawke. Then images of Merrill with female Hawke in the bedroom, Merrill on the bed pulling femHawke forward, and one with Merrill and femHawke kissing. Then we already saw Isabela offering both m and femhawke companionship if they came to her room.

then the lack of devs coming in to correct or answer or deny. Thus.....the biggest conclusion we can draw from it all? All LI's are hawkesexual!!! BI!!!
