my only problem with morrigan was the conversation where she mentioned it was odd to be just friends with a man, and asked if there ever could be more between us. But I told her, maybe if circumstances were different and she acknowledged I was involved (with Alistair. xD) and that was that. no approval loss.

By the way, giggling with Leliana about Alistair in bed was the funnest moment in the entire game. xD Poor Alistair. They all pick on him so much when he's in a romance. Wynn is especially evil. xD Hope we get a little of that fun banter in DA2.

Hi everyone! I found something interesting today. In a copy of a UK magazine called Gamemasters there was a picture of Male Hawke in a conversation with Anders and there was the Gold Heart option in the dialogue wheel. I kid you not. But unfortunately this doesn't confirm whether Anders is the bi opition or if it's just flirting.

Unfortunately I couldn't scan it because it's the property of my college library. I asked but they wouldn't let me. Just thought people would like to know. Sorry if this has been posted before.

Did you read what it said? Or were you distracted by the Gold Heart and mHawke flirting with Anders?

 I was completely distracted of course!  It was the same dialogue that was on the preview from 1UP.com when they used Lady Hawke - I think it was them - it said "I like men with dark pasts".

And yay I made a handsome custom Hawke for Anders (or Fenris)! He's a mage. I can't play warriors/rogues anymore...they control oddly. *sighs* I miss my DAO warriors. I'll have to trudge though a warrior but not for my first game.

Maybe I'll cheat and level him up so he's bearable.

That happened to me on my first playthrough.  I thought "oh hi soldier-girl-who-likes-God-and-poetry, I think you're kinda cool but I only wanna be friends".  So I pick the middle options to be nice but not flirty.  Ah what a fool I was, thinking that anything over then jerk!shep would be taken as "I want you, lets get horizontal!". 

So yeah, when she started really hitting on me I was concerned, then Vermire happened... 

Learned my lesson though, for guys (and girls to guys) there are 2 romance options and 1 jerk option.  <_<

ugh. I had that problem and the sad thing was.......i wasn't being nice to her. I hate Ashley. Talking to her annoyed me more. I was always being an jerk to her and she STILL propositioned me to her cabin quarters. Which I once again flat out rejected. frickin persistant... <_<

As I tell all my gamer friends, no matter how many times I replay ME, I will always leave Ashley behind to die. She will never be chosen over my beloved Kaiden.

so wait...are we able to create our character with the demo? Is that how you did it, Ryzaki? I haven't touched the demo until I was going to beat DAO on the PC...but now I might. (and he's frickin hot! =D)

Yeah just grab the files from this thread and follow the instructions (though yeah you need the demo) It's also best if you turn off V-Sync and makesure you're using Directx 9 

And thanks. Plus with him I can keep default Carver and Bethany
