Don't know if this was mentioned earlier back (I saw bits and pieces) but I'm now certain that Fenris was flirting with M!Hawke in that German magazine.

Warning in advance, there are spoilers on this page, but they discribe the dialogue icons here.  This is what it says for the broken heart icon (end romance):

"Used to reject a romantic proposition from a companion or end an existing romance.  Will often lead to a rivalry increase."

Pay extra special attention to the bolded.

In the German magazine, M!Hawke had three dialogue options (after Fenris' 'flirted' with him):

1) Flirt - You flatterer
2) Neutral - I'm glad to help you
3) I'm not interested


Option number three seems to be proposition rejection, and is most likely represented by the 'end romance' icon.  I think this pretty much proves that Fenris was flirting.  You can't reject a proposition that was never made, and if it was a sarcastic remark, it would have been in the center of the wheel.  I suppose it could have also been an aggressive response, but I think an aggressive response would have been worded completely differently.

Just my two cents, anyway. =D

Don't forget folks, when the first few leaked reports start coming out, it's likely not all of the romances will have been pursued, so still treat with a modicum of caution. It may take a little while for all of the romances, via both of the f/r paths, to have been played, and until then we really are none the wiser. (Just in case a report comes out that Anders reacts in X way, and we all jump on the bandwagon and assume it means Fenris doesn't, for example.)

Well the guide did talk about how you could talk with your LI about moving in together, so if they aren't sleeping together by that point, it would be truly sad indeed.

I think some very recent review or other implied that there were "more tasteful" scenes than the underwear-clad dry humping from Origins   But no idea at their placement in the storyline.  More than once would be  nice...

Oh hell yes, it was. I've got a thing for white hair, but Fenris is already white haired, so I went for my other favorite, fiery red. I'm also a sucker for blue eyes and longer hair so bam! When I looked at the screen shots slideshow, all I could think about was, if the fates are kind, this Hawke is going to be bonking Fenris (did I mention I live in 77 Gutter Avenue?)

It is not weird at all. I am wondering if companions could be hardened like in DAO to allow for some more, interesting encounters. Like say a hardened Merrill has a night with Hawke and Isabella. It wouldn't be the first time.

From the guide, it certainly sounds like you get one nooky scene, tasteful as it may be, right near the end of the game.

This quite simply will not do, especially if there is no kissing in the meantime. Liberal amounts of kissing. With tongues and slurpy noises. And a bit of grabbing.

I dunno. Some people wait before getting to the horizontal tango. Not sure how the characters would feel about waiting till marriage or something like that... I could see it with Merrill and Sebastian (if he is an LI), but not with Isabella. Anders (based on his DA:A behavior) probably wouldn't wait that long, but he could be just a big faker (all bluster, but as bad as Alistair when cornered), but I just don't know about Fenris. Isabella... I suspect she'll be like Zev that it's easy to get her into the sack, but harder to get a real commitment.

So I guess what I'm saying is... it may seem long, but waiting a few years before getting hot and sweaty? Not unbelievable. Some people put importance on that sort of thing.

Huh. With the way romances are described (do this initially, then proceed in act 2, blah blah blah) I wonder if it's at all possible to switch from one romance option to another? I know my male Shepard switched from Miranda to Tali in ME2 because he was sleazy like that, I hope I can do the same in DAII. Because Sebastian... well, if he refuses to consumate a relationship, it's pretty much going to seem like he's choosing the Maker over Hawke, and Hawke WILL go find greener pastures.

I like the idea, but according to the Piggyback Guide, your LI goes nuts if you flirt with another character.  So I'm guessing no repeat of the Isabela Threesome here.
