(I seem to have completely missed that. I just thought one could get the templar specialization and,like in Origins,nobody would care/treat you any differently because you weren't an "actual" templar...)

If Anders becomes a complete abomination, I'll try for a Shaun of the Dead-style ending for Anders and my manHawke. Anders will be Ed, and manHawke will be Shaun. He'll live in the basement of the Amell estate and everyone will be happy!

Now, I wonder how much time passed between our GW leaving and Anders' "incident"? It wasn't mentioned in the short story. I loved Anders and my GW interaction. I should remember to have Anders around when we meet Zevran, as he's my GW lover...

I think it's a typo, I HOPE IT'S A TYPO. IT SOUNDS LIKE A TYPO.

Straight from Mr Gaider's mouth (from one of his comments on this article at GayGamer.net from December 2010 - before the number of LIs was announced, I believe.)

He says: "I have no idea why the ME team makes the decisions it does, but considering there's always a question of whether to offer more options to the larger audience (ME2 had three options for each gender, for instance) or less options to everyone (DA2 had only one same-sex romance for each gender, and two opposite-sex romances) it's not a simple matter as to which gives you the greatest dividends."

*SCREAMS*

But he says 'DA2 had' ... not 'DA2 has' ... so I'm REALLY REALLY HOPING BEYOND ALL HOPE that he mistyped and meant to say 'DAO had'.

*cries and wails and screams and dies*

That's definitely a typo.  If he had made a slip like that and they started to deny left and right, that'd be silly.

Either the typo was from DA2 in that he added a 2 he should not have, or he said had instead of has.....right? :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

It's a typo. Don't worry. I mix those two up sometimes, too.

They weren't even talking about the romance options much at that point. Much less the number.

That really does sound like a typo, and it's from quite a while ago too. The stuff from staff about how they're not going to say either way is more recent I think, and that whole passage sounds like it's talking about the past anyway.

Almost certainly a typo. I really doubt he'd be referring to DA2 in the past tense 3 months before the game comes out.
